Ocean Beach has a vibe that adds a special touch to San Diego City. Like most beach towns, it’s filled with quirky shops and taverns. Every Wednesday, you’ll find that Newport Ave is filled with vendors and live music, as it has been for the past 25 years.
We’re excited to announce that we have been at the Ocean Beach Farmers Market, and will continue to build our presence. So far we’ve managed to spread the word about our cause with reduceimpact.org and tell others why we want to sail around the world. Most importantly we’ve gathered volunteers and continue to find people who want to support our cause!
It gives us great joy to be a part of a rooted community while we receive support from locals who want to help us achieve our dreams.
